This is the heart of a primate photography safari in Uganda, a journey where every day brings new encounters, breathtaking landscapes, and the thrill of documenting some of the world's most fascinating creatures.
Our 10-day itinerary takes you deep into Uganda's primate havens, from the chimpanzee-filled forests of Kibale to the gorilla sanctuary of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Along the way, you'll have the chance to photograph golden monkeys, explore scenic lakes, and immerse yourself in the rich cultural scene of this East African gem.
Welcome to Uganda! Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you'll be met by our friendly team and transferred to your comfortable guesthouse. Relax and unwind, perhaps enjoying a refreshing drink on the veranda as the sun sets over Lake Victoria.
For those eager to start their wildlife photography adventure, we can arrange an optional evening excursion to the Mabamba Swamps. Here, you might have the chance to photograph the elusive shoebill stork, a prehistoric-looking bird with a massive beak and a penchant for lurking in the reeds.
